Service Description
At Heartprints Portraits, capturing the joyful moments as your family welcomes your newborn, showcasing the tender love shared among siblings is my focus. The sessions create treasured times that transform into memorable keepsakes, allowing you to cherish these early years forever. Celebrate your family's beautiful journey with us, where every heartbeat is a portrait of love. INCLUSIONS: - 10 professionally edited high resolution images - Personalised USB containing the chosen edited images - A $100 credit to use towards your fine art prints and keepsake products Available for purchase: - $45 for additional edited image you wish to keep - A full gallery upgrade is perfect if you can't simply narrow down your favourites - A curated selection of printed artwork and keepsake products (Detailed in the Newborn Welcome Guide that we will be sent after booking) Within 2-3 weeks, your completed gallery will be ready to view online. You’ll receive a private link where you can download your high-resolution images and select your favourites for prints, wall art, or personalised keepsake boxes. I’m always happy to help you choose how to display your photos in a way that fits your home and style. Just a friendly reminder that once published, the gallery will expire in a couple of weeks. Please ensure that you have chosen your favourites within the time frame. There will be a gallery restoring fee if you decide to revisit and purchase more of the images taken outside the 2-week window.
Cancellation Policy
For all bookings, a non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your spot. We’ll reserve a tentative date based on your due date. Because newborns arrive on their own schedule, we will keep our calendar flexible to ensure we capture those first precious days—usually within the first two weeks after birth. We know from experience how hectic life can be. Hence, we would understand that sometimes things don't go onto what we plan. In circumstances you need to reschedule, please reach out and let us know so we can work on when's the best time to rebook your session.
