Service Description
At Heartprints Portraits, our Family Session service beautifully captures those special moments with your loved ones. We’re all about taking genuine, natural photos that tell your family’s story. Let us help you keep these precious memories with a session that’s just right for your family’s vibe and style. A Session That Moves at Your Family's Pace No two families are the same, and neither are our sessions. Whether you need a quick one-hour session or prefer a longer, more relaxed experience, we'll tailor the time to suit your family. If the kids are having fun, everyone is feeling comfortable, and beautiful moments are naturally unfolding, there's no reason to stop. Sessions can be extended to two or three hours, giving us the freedom to capture authentic connections, genuine laughter, and the little details you'll cherish for years to come. INCLUSIONS: - 10 professionally edited high resolution images - A $100 credit to use towards your fine art prints and keepsake products - Personalised USB containing the chosen edited images when you purchase a full gallery upgrade Available for purchase: - $45 for additional edited image you wish to keep - A full gallery upgrade is perfect if you can't simply narrow down your favourites (Upgrade cost to be confirmed once gallery is sent) - A curated selection of printed artwork and keepsake products (Available to be viewed in the gallery store) Within 3-4 weeks, your completed gallery will be ready to view online. You’ll receive a private link where you can download your high-resolution images and select your favourites for prints, wall art, or personalised keepsake boxes. I’m always happy to help you choose how to display your photos in a way that fits your home and style. Just a friendly reminder that once published, the gallery will expire in a couple of weeks. Please ensure that you have chosen your favourites within the time frame. There will be a gallery restoring fee if you decide to revisit and purchase more of the images taken outside the 2-week window.
Cancellation Policy
For ALL BOOKINGS, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. FOR MATERNITY SESSIONS: Scheduling Your Session We recommend booking as early as your second trimester to ensure availability. Our goal is to capture your beautiful bump when it is most prominent, typically between 34 and 37 weeks. Our Flexibility Guarantee We understand that pregnancy can be unpredictable. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise, your session can be rescheduled or the credit can be applied toward a future session, such as a newborn or "sitter" shoot. FOR NEWBORN SESSIONS: Scheduling & Timing Your booking secures a flexible spot around your due date. Because newborns follow their own timeline, we leave room in our calendar to accommodate early or late arrivals. To capture those sleepy, curled-up poses, we aim to shoot within the first two weeks of life. Once your little one arrives, simply notify us, and we will finalize your official session date. LIFE HAPPENS.. We know from experience how hectic life can be, and we understand that things don't always go exactly as planned. If you find yourself needing to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work together to find the best time to rebook your session.
