Service Description
Capture the magic of the season with Heartprints Portraits' Christmas Mini Sessions! These quick, joy-filled photography experiences are the perfect way to preserve the festive spirit with family and friends. Enjoy beautiful moments that will last a lifetime in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, designed to make your holiday memories truly special. BEFORE YOU BOOK Please take a moment to read through these important details and our Christmas Mini Session Booking Policy. By booking your Christmas Mini Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Christmas Mini Session Terms & Conditions. A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is kindly requested on or before the 23rd of October, 2026. Should you have any questions before booking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch through our booking enquiry form or, for a quicker response, send us a message on Instagram. • Sessions will be held at our home studio in Truganina • Limited dates and slots: - October 24-25 at 0900h-1630h - October 26 at 0930h-1400h • Sessions are 20 minutes long for 1 themed set-up and 30 minutes for 2 themed set-ups • Sessions are designed for immediate families only. If you have multiple/extended families or you feel like your little ones need more time to warm up, kindly book 2 back-to-back sessions. • Because Mini Sessions are intentionally short, outfit changes may not be possible. We recommend arriving completely dressed and ready for your photographs. However, if you wish to do so, kindly book 2 (or more) back-to-back sessions. WHAT TO WEAR For a beautifully coordinated look, we recommend warm neutrals, creams, beige, browns, soft earthy tones, or classic Christmas colours that complement our Christmas setups. COORDINATE rather than match. Try to AVOID large logos, bold graphics, neon colours, and overly busy patterns. Most importantly, choose something you feel comfortable and beautiful in. INCLUSIONS: • 5 (20min) & 8 (30min) professionally edited high-resolution images • Additional image purchase & full gallery upgrades available • 2 themed set-ups to choose from (both consist of themed colours: maroons, burlap browns, creams) - One themed setup: A SIMPLE, COZY CHRISTMAS - $225 - Two themed setups: TWICE THE CHRISTMAS MAGIC - $285 Within 3-4 weeks, your completed gallery will be ready to view online. You’ll receive a private link where you can select your favourites & download your hi-res images.
Cancellation Policy
Christmas Minis run a little differently from our regular sessions. They’re short, sweet and scheduled closely together. YOUR BOOKING Your session is secured once your deposit has been received. As we have a very limited number of Christmas Mini spots available, all booking payments are non-refundable. IF PLANS CHANGE We completely understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable! If you need to move your session, please let us know at least 72 hours before your booking. Your payment may be transferred once to another available Christmas Mini time. Please keep in mind that rescheduling is subject to availability and, because our Christmas dates are limited, we cannot guarantee another spot. Cancellations, no-shows or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the booking payment being forfeited. If your little one becomes unexpectedly unwell, please reach out as soon as you can. We’ll always do our best to help where possible. PLEASE ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session, dressed and ready to go. Our Christmas Minis are booked almost back-to-back, so unfortunately, we can’t extend your session if you arrive late. Any late arrival will simply reduce the time we have together. If you arrive too late for us to reasonably complete your session, it may be treated as a missed booking. LET THE LITTLE ONES BE LITTLE Some children smile straight away. Some need a little warming up. We’ll gently work with your little one and make the most of the time we have together. While we’ll always do our very best, specific poses, smiles, expressions or photographs cannot be guaranteed. We'll avoid putting pressure on your little one to smile or perform. Relax, play and enjoy your family moments. OUTFIT CHANGES Because Mini Sessions are intentionally short, outfit changes are not possible. We recommend arriving completely dressed, ready for your photographs. However, if you wish to do so, please book 2 or more back-to-back sessions as necessary. WHO CAN JOIN? Christmas Minis are designed for 1 immediate family per booking. If you would like extended family or another family group included, please book 2 back-to-back sessions or more. IF WE NEED TO CANCEL In the unlikely event that Heartprints Portraits needs to cancel your session due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to offer you another available Christmas Mini time or refund as necessary.
